Contract negotiations periodically take place with vendors for services rendered or product supplied to a community and are part of the normal course of business. Paradise Mgmt will assist the Board in those negotiations to help control expenses and bring the best value to the Association from vendors that have the experience and wherewithal to do business with a condominium, homeowners association or co-op. Not all vendors are equal, Paradise Mgmt will help screen vendors to be sure vendors wanting to do business with your community have a track record of successful dealings with association’s and are licensed, insured, and bonded. Once a contractor or vendor is selected by your Board to conduct business with the association, Paradise Mgmt will monitor the vendor or contractor to be sure contractual details are delivered.
