Your Association will be provided a community website when you partner with Paradise Management. Through the community website Paradise Mgmt will be able to e-blast your residents, display important news, announcements and community information, accept resident payments, complete required community forms, provide residents with permission based access to community documents, provide board members access to information and processes needed to manage the community, allow residents to update resident / owner contact information and opt in to a community directory, allow residents to submit service requests which may be turned into work orders, allow Board members to track and review work orders and violations, and Paradise Mgmt will store statutorily required community documents on the website.
